Typically, an initial coaching engagement will span 3 months (many run much longer), and will include one weekly 60-minute meeting (and ongoing email/texting support 24x7), wherein Sally will use the most effective tools and techniques for accountable action towards your vision and goals. Sally's intention is always to help you see a new possibility for living, to support you fully as you embark on your path, and to celebrate with you along the way!

You may require a neutral third party to help facilitate group meetings, discussions, or decision making within your business to ensure:  Sessions are productive; Goals are set and met; Rules of engagement are followed; All members of the group are engaged; Action plan/ next steps are decided. 

If appropriate, Sally uses individual and team assessments to identify common group behaviors, demonstrate gaps between perceptions and reality, providing everyone the opportunity for open and honest discourse, working together in a manner that creates shared group understanding and increased effectiveness.



Sally is certified to administer the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, and as a certified Master Practitioner, she received intensive training with the tools and debrief processes used which enable teams to be more effective in several measurable ways.
